Description
A young guy had brought laminated cards for one of the LLG candidates. Voters who vote for him are promised pieces of roofing kapa because the candidate owns a factory. Names were taken in an exercise book that will go to the candidate's team.
Interpretation
I didn't see any cards being given out. The young guy took the stack back into his own bilum. It was unclear whether the card was needed to redeem the kapa from the factory or not.
