Description

Multiple imengis speakers have used Mosugog as a larger string type trap for catching pigs and cassowaries. Kavaluku used it as a generic word for trap.

The text is Sandu explaining Mosugog. He uses it as a pig/cassowary trap like other imengis speakers

(he says it's for catching pigs and cassowaries. If a pig is wild and gets into our gardens we'll put the trap on the road in. It might catch him, it's a string trap and uses sticks too. We'll set itand check it two days later, if it catches something we'll gather people and kill it and eat it. An Hasibeen isn't a mosugog - (so it's not a generic word for trap). Small traps for rodents are called stlinn traps, they aren't mosugog either.)
