Description

Kavaluku invited me and Philip to attend. Moko had called upon the Torokum community to help him build the top fence for his new garden. Moko came and got us. Upon arriving ladies served us food and a bowl of buai and tobacco was passed around. The men and children began work shortly afterwards, while the ladies cooked more and looked after children. About 20-30 men were present to work. The work took about 6 hours, with the workers slowing as the afternoon wore on and it threatened to rain.
