Description
After hearing a story about Kavaluku jumping on a wild pig (see Kavaluku jumps on a wild pig) he told me (in Tok Pisin) that he sang out to one of the mums in his family on returning with a pig "Your son has broken his leg, come and help us". The mum came running in tears, but then saw the pig and was happy.
He then said that when they kill a mumut or rat they'll out it back in it's hole and get someone new to put their hands in and check for a mumut. He'll cry out "There's a mumut here!" at which point they'll laugh and say "yep, we already killed it".
