What wasnt mentioned in the recording but just talked about is how the procedure of the after birth isː Placenta, navel cord, leaves that are covered in blood are burried in a hole and then they put a big log/wood piece over it to protect it from animals to get to the blood. Then they cover it with dirt and make a fence around it. (Amon, Kavaluku talked about it but missed it in the recording, Philip saw a grave like that while hiking around in the bush)

(yesterday we were around for the birth of a baby, I was with them and you and Natalie said "if the baby comes this afternoon I'll stay, but if it doesn't I'll go", she said and came. Natalie left and we cooked food and she ate and the baby came, a girl, the 3rd born. We looked after her, cut the cord and buried it, washed the baby with soap, put her in a bilum and she slept. It was night, we took the baby from the bilum and put it on mum and it slept, In the morning I wanted to tell Natalie, Natalie wanted to know if the baby had come or not. She hadn't eaten yet and I told her)
