Description

On the trail we noticed the kids foraging for all kinds of plants. One was the namul matam shoot. They gathered a bunch and played a game with them. Two kids each hold one of a shoot, they lock the curly ends together and pull. The winner is the one that doesn't break, with the losing shoot being held by the winning shoot as a trophy. The group keep playing until they find the strongest shoot. Joel and Dramat described it as a children's game.
